		<description>Yes the bosses should have clearcut idea for whatever coming on the way.
Most of the bosses r not cleared for work to be taken out from their team.
Decisions go on changing with the time even though priorities r defined.
They just ignore/over rule priorities to just do the job.
Some time even the non skilled people r being asked to do the job ignoring the immidiate managers.
Common practice of ignoring when not needed and praising when required.</description>
